Source provides comprehensive planning and construction services to commercial clients in the Bay Area and beyond. Because we are planners as well as builders, our construction process flows naturally from design development. We work closely with the design team to ensure all stages of a project are planned and executed to the highest standards and each step seamlessly coordinated between client, designer and builder.

At Source every project receives principal oversight and every job our full range of talent and resources. We embrace projects that use space creatively and take pride in solving complex construction challenges. For us every build is also an exercise in constructing partnerships for future collaboration. Working with the best architects and designers in the field, our professionals have built some of the Bay Area’s most innovative commercial interiors. Our client list includes Invesco, Goldman Sachs, Lending Club, Open Table, IPG and many others.
