Bob O'Neill

Bob O'Neill serves as the VP of Sales and Strategy at Source Technologies since June 2025, following an extensive tenure at Lexmark from December 2012 to July 2025, where O'Neill held multiple roles including Strategic Business Development Manager and Client Executive. At Lexmark, O'Neill contributed to the launch and scaling of IoT, AI, and edge computing solutions aimed at client digital transformation, while also enhancing relationships with Fortune 100 clients. O'Neill's earlier career at Source Technologies included leadership positions focused on expanding hardware revenue through software solutions, overseeing new product development, and driving new business initiatives. O'Neill began the professional journey as an Account Manager at Source Technologies in 1999, preceded by a role as Implementation Manager at Moore Wallace. O'Neill holds a degree from Roanoke College.
