Aleks Faure is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in product and brand design. As the Head of Design and Co-founder at Arcade since June 2022, Aleks leads initiatives focused on innovative design solutions. Additionally, Aleks serves as a Co-Investor and Community Member at Source Ventures, and an Investor at Kwenta. Over the years, Aleks has advised early-stage startups through a personal consultancy and held various leadership roles such as Design Lead at Upflow, where a mission to enhance B2B payments was pursued, and Design Lead & Art Director at Acolad Group and TextMaster. Aleks also contributed to the On Deck Design community as a Design Fellow, fostering career growth for fellow designers. Aleks holds a DUT degree in Services, Networks, and Communication from Aix-Marseille University.
