Arumugam Varathaiah

Arumugam Varathaiah has over 24 years of work experience in various quality assurance roles. Arumugam started their career at Solectron as a QA Engineer, where they implemented internal process audits and handled customer complaints. Arumugam then moved to COB Technology Sdn Bhd, where they served as a Senior QA Engineer, playing a key role in quality engineering for multiple customers and ensuring ISO compliance through regular audits. In 2004, they joined Jabil as the Senior Plant QA Manager, where they managed the quality department for 6 plants and presented quality KPIs to Jabil executives. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director of Global Quality at SOURCE Global, responsible for overseeing quality assurance at a global level.

Arumugam Varathaiah obtained a Master's degree in Quality Management from Open University Malaysia from 2021 to 2024. Prior to that, they also completed a degree in Psychology from the National University of Malaysia, Bangi, Selangor, from 1994 to 1998.
