Anthony Chrzanowski started their work experience in 2008 as a Manager at Morey's Piers & Beachfront Waterparks during the summer season. In the same year, they also became the Building Manager for Rutgers Recreation at Rutgers University. Anthony then worked as a Recruiter at Maxim Healthcare Services from 2011 to 2012. In 2012, they became a Program Coordinator/Recruiter at Liberty Healthcare Services, Inc. Finally, in 2013, they joined ESS as the Vice President Operations, where they currently work. ESS is a national leader in the education staffing space, serving over 900 school districts across 30 states and enhancing the education of more than 2 million students every day.
Anthony Chrzanowski attended Rutgers University from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a degree in Business Economics with a focus on Human Resource Management.
