Ashley Carr has over a decade of diverse experience in customer service, administration, and HR operations. Beginning as a Pharmacy Technician at CVS Pharmacy, Ashley transitioned to roles such as Automotive Receptionist at Metcalf Auto and Lead Teller at Security Bank Corporation, where customer service and operational supervision skills were honed. Ashley later served as Principal Secretary in the Kansas City KS School District, supporting HR functions for over 40 employees. As Office Coordinator and HR Liaison at BHC, Ashley managed daily operations for a team of 22+, further emphasizing HR support and employee relations. Recently, Ashley took on the role of Account Manager at ESS, conducting site visits and maintaining client relations, and held the position of Benefits and Payroll Administrator II at OMNI Human Resource Solutions.
