Candy Crim

Candy Crim, SPHR has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Candy most recently served as the Vice President of Recruitment and Talent Acquisition at ESS, starting in September 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Licensed Real Estate Agent at Parks from October 2020 to December 2022. Between 2019 and 2020, Candy held the position of Director, Sales and Marketing at HG Staffing LLC. From 2016 to 2019, they worked as the Director of Operations at ESS. Before that, Candy served as a Branch Manager at Staffmark from 2012 to 2016. Candy'searlier experience includes working as an Auto Claims Representative at State Farm Insurance from 2010 to 2012 and as Director of Operations at Holland Group from 2004 to 2009. Candy started their career at Randstad in 1995, where they held the role of Branch Manager and was responsible for managing the Lebanon TN office, overseeing sales, recruiting, customer service, and client retention. Overall, Candy's work experience demonstrates a strong background in recruitment, operations, and leadership roles.

Candy Crim, SPHR, holds a Master of Business Education (MBE) degree in Education and Training from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU), obtained from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from MTSU from 1988 to 1993. Recently, Candy obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI in March 2019. Candy also holds additional certifications such as the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute and the Certified Staffing Professional from the American Staffing Association.
