Dawn Baur

Dawn Baur brings a diverse professional background, combining experience in technology, education, and customer service. At Fiserv EFT, Dawn served as a Systems Administrator, overseeing production servers for financial institutions, and later transitioned to a Technical Account Manager role, providing technical consulting and project support. At New Relic, Inc., Dawn excelled as a Support Customer Experience Manager Lead/Principal, focusing on optimizing customer experience through data analysis and tailored solutions. More recently, at UiPath, Dawn directed comprehensive program management efforts, collaborating with international teams to enhance customer satisfaction. Currently, as a Substitute Teacher at ESS, Dawn actively supports students with special needs, working alongside certified teachers to foster inclusive learning environments. Dawn holds a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Portland State University and a Master of Arts in Elementary Education from Eastern Oregon University, achieving high academic honors in both programs.
