Eva Godwin

Substitute Teacher

Eva Godwin has a diverse background in tutoring and education, currently serving as a Japanese and Physics Tutor at the College of Charleston's Center for Student Learning from August 2024 to April 2025. In addition to tutoring, Eva has held leadership roles such as President of the Society of Physics Students, fostering a vibrant community in physics. Experience includes roles as a Teacher's Assistant in astronomy labs, working on innovative projects as an Undergraduate Research Student under Dr. Joe Carson, and serving as a Substitute Teacher in Clover School District. Previous research positions involve assisting in building solid oxide electrolysis cells at the University of South Carolina, supported by NASA.
