Nathan Williams

Nathan Williams is a District Manager and Education Staffing and Operations Leader with a diverse background, including serving as a US Army Officer during the Iraq War. They have broad experience in leadership roles across various sectors, currently partnering with the largest public school district in Kansas to manage staffing for substitute teachers across 48 schools. Previously, Nathan has worked in educational settings as a teacher and facilities assistant, and has held managerial positions in logistics and service operations. They have taken a work sabbatical during the COVID-19 pandemic to focus on parenting.
