Tom Basehore

Tom Basehore has extensive work experience in various roles within the management and operations field. Starting in 2013, they worked at ESS and held positions such as Vice President of Operations, Senior Regional Manager, Regional Manager, and District Manager. In these roles, they successfully oversaw complex accounts, implemented new business operations, managed staff, generated revenue, and developed action plans to meet clients' needs. Prior to working at ESS, Tom also worked as a Sales and Marketing Representative at Tri-State Sports Memorabilia and as a Special Education Teacher at The Y.A.L.E. School.

Tom Basehore earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Education from West Virginia University, where they studied from 2005 to 2010. In 2010, they obtained the NJ Teaching Certification (CEAS) from the NJ Department of Education, Office of Fiscal Accountability and Compliance. Additionally, in October 2014, they became a certified Nonviolent Crisis Intervention Instructor through the Crisis Prevention Institute.
