Jim Moore

Jim Moore is the Senior Vice President of Customer and Payment Operations at Humana, a position they have held since 2014. In this role, Jim is dedicated to enhancing member and provider experiences while achieving operational excellence. Previously, Jim served as the Senior Vice President of Medicare and Medicaid Administration, overseeing various insurance-related functions. They also held senior leadership roles at 21st Century Parks, Inc. and PricewaterhouseCoopers, where they amassed significant experience in operations and auditing. Jim graduated with honors in Accounting from the University of Kentucky and is currently involved with multiple organizations as a board member and investor.
