Kristina H.

Kristina H. began their work experience in 2008 as a Sales Assistant for B of B Cars s.r.o. (formerly known as Jaguar Moravia). Their responsibilities included the administration of the customer database. From 2009 to 2013, they worked for Verizon Business as an Order Verification specialist, handling sales order processes, customer requests, and project administration. Kristina also coordinated and administered daily order tasks for major accounts in the banking and pharmaceutical industries. In 2013, they briefly worked for Verizon as an Order Delivery Manager, focusing on improving customer experience and ensuring proper order handling. In 2014, they joined Epson Europe B.V. as a Sales Administrator, managing the order to cash transaction cycle for customer accounts in Eastern Europe, the Nordics, and Benelux. Kristina processed orders in SAP and ensured timely and accurate transactions. In 2022, they started working at Sourceability as a Sales Administrator.

From 2006 to 2009, Kristina H. attended the University of Ostrava, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management of Public Sector from the Faculty of Arts.
