Rob Picken

Rob Picken is currently the SVP of Digital Transformation at Sourceability, where they focus on developing systems, processes, and people to enhance collaboration and growth. Previously, Rob held various leadership roles at Converge, including EMEA Director and Global Programme Director, where they managed high-reliability clients and led teams across EMEA. Rob also contributed significantly to sales growth as the Director of Sales for EMEA at SiliconExpert Technologies, generating a $5 million revenue stream. Their career began at IHS, where they became a European Subject Matter Expert on component management systems. Rob earned a degree from Newcastle University between 2002 and 2005.
