Stephanie Capps

Stephanie Capps has been working in the field of Human Resources since May 2000. Stephanie started their career as an HR Manager at Project HOPE and has since then held various positions in HR departments of different companies. Stephanie is currently the Director of Human Resources at SourceAmerica, where Stephanie oversees a range of functions including policy development, recruitment, compensation and benefits planning, compliance, and employee relations. Their expertise also includes training and client liaison roles in previous positions at C2 Essentials, Inc. and Celerity. Stephanie holds an MBA from The George Washington University School of Business and a BS in Business from the University of Mary Washington.
