Stephanie Cooper has extensive experience in program oversight, quality management, and talent development across various sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Program Oversight and Compliance at SourceAmerica since February 2023, Stephanie has previously held significant roles at Crestview Aerospace as Contracts Manager and at GCE - Global Connections to Employment, where responsibilities included directing quality and talent development and managing quality systems for multiple contract sites. Earlier positions include Quality Systems Manager at Gulf Coast Enterprises, Operations and Management Consultant for the State of Florida, and Project Manager at Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare. Stephanie holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Human Resources Management and Marketing from Florida State University.
