Beth Deveny

Beth Deveny has extensive experience in editorial roles across various publishing platforms. Currently serving as an Assistant Content Editor at Sourcebooks since January 2019, Beth has contributed to the field since 1988 in positions such as Senior Editor and Managing Editor at PHOENIX Magazine. Additional freelance editing work includes notable contributions to True West magazine and Poisoned Pen Press. Beth’s career further encompasses copy editing for Sedona Magazine and editorial work at Arizona Highways Magazine. A graduate of California State University, Long Beach with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Public Relations, Beth also pursued education at San Francisco State University.
