Lynn Sikora

Lynn Sikora is a seasoned professional in the publishing industry, serving as Editorial Operations Director at Sourcebooks since October 2021, where responsibilities include managing the Hometown World and Put Me In The Story imprints, and acquiring packaging projects for Wonderland. Previously, Lynn held various leadership roles at Phoenix International Publications, Inc., including Vice President of Marketing, where strategic oversight encompassed the promotion of over 300 book titles annually, international imprint launches, and cross-functional team collaborations across departments. Additionally, Lynn has been the Global Book Club Founder and Community Leader at Girl Gone International since 2013, demonstrating a long-standing commitment to community engagement in literature. Educational accomplishments include a Bachelor of Arts from Saint Mary’s College and participation in a Mini-MBA Certificate Program at the Quinlan School of Business, Loyola University Chicago.
