Melissa Hart is an accomplished author and educator, currently serving as an author for Sourcebooks, Jolly Fish Press, and Macmillan's First Second Books. Hart's notable works include "Down Syndrome Out Loud: 20+ Stories about Disability & Determination," and "Better with Books: 500 Diverse Books to Ignite Empathy and Encourage Self-Acceptance in Tweens and Teens," which received a starred review from School Library Journal.
