Rebecca Johnson

Rebecca Johnson currently serves as the Sr. Director of Human Resources at Sourcebooks, beginning in July 2024, where the focus is on enhancing employee experiences and promoting individual and organizational growth. Prior to this role, Rebecca held various HR leadership positions, including VP of Human Resources and HR Director at Friends For All Memphis from November 2021 to August 2024, and HR Business Partner at Armstrong Relocation in 2021. Previous experience includes serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Tetra Tech, Inc., specializing in employee relations, and as the first HR Manager at Sourcebooks from 2013 to 2015, where Rebecca implemented training programs for leadership development. Rebecca's extensive background in human resources began with roles like HR Manager at St. John - Mittelhauser & Associates and Senior LEAD Coach at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Education was completed at the University of Miami with a BFA in Musical Theatre.
