Matt Ritter has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Matt started their career in 2004 in the US Army, where they served as a Team Leader and later as a Squad Leader/Team Leader. In 2011, they worked at Google as a Partner Operations Lead. After that, they joined Silicon Mechanics in 2013 and held various positions, including Lead Product Manager, Director of Product Management, Director of Operations, and General Manager. Currently, they are working at Source Code as the Vice President of Engineering, a role they started in early 2022. Overall, their roles have showcased their expertise in engineering, operations, management, and product development.

Matt Ritter has a solid education background. Matt completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Project Management from Golden Gate University, Edward S. Ageno School of Business, where they attended from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from American Military University, graduating in 2011.

In addition to their formal education, Matt has also acquired several certifications.
