Were Douglas

Were Douglas is a seasoned software developer with extensive experience in web application and software development. At Source Code Corporation since October 2018, Were has specialized in web application development. Prior to this role, Were contributed to Omnierps LLC by developing software solutions tailored for small and medium businesses. As a co-founder and lead software developer at Novariss Ltd from February 2008 to August 2017, Were oversaw software and web development initiatives. Additional experience includes software development at access.mobile and leading software development projects for the Uganda National Meteorological Association in collaboration with Makerere University. Were holds a degree in Computer Software Engineering from Makerere University, completed between 2006 and 2010.
