Chuck Vail is an experienced technical operations lead currently working at SourceDay since December 2018, where responsibilities include L3 support for a SaaS cloud application, AWS infrastructure monitoring, and client system integration testing. Prior to this, Chuck Vail held dual roles at IBM from November 2015 to December 2018 as a Cloud Brokerage - Client Services Technical Lead / SRE and Customer Operations Lead, focusing on microservices SaaS application support, synthetic monitoring tools management, and automation of support tasks, while also advocating for clients and providing training.
