Project Management Team

The Project Management Team at Sourcefabric z.ú. is responsible for overseeing the development, deployment, and maintenance of our open source tools such as Superdesk, Live Blog, Airtime, and Booktype. This team ensures that projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget while coordinating efforts between different departments and clients. They manage client relationships, gather requirements, and guide the projects through their entire lifecycle, from planning to final delivery and support.
