Fenny Chen

Fenny Chen has a long and varied work experience. In 2021, they began working as the Head of People, China for Sourceful, a company on a mission to help businesses do better environmentally, socially and economically. In 2020, they worked as an HRBP Associate Director for AFIONA COSMETICS CHINA. From 2013 to 2020, they worked as an HRBP for Inditex, one of the world's largest fashion distribution groups. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as an HR Manager for Tesiro Jewellery Inc. and from 2008 to 2012, they worked as an HR Division Manager and Section Manager for Auchan Hypermarket.

Fenny Chen attended Nanjing Tech University from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in English. Following this, they attended The University of Hong Kong from 2019 to 2021, where they earned a Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources Management.
