Oscar Vallance

Oscar Vallance has worked in a variety of roles since 2014. Oscar started their career at ECOM Trading as a Management Intern. In 2015, they joined Bain & Company and worked their way up from Associate Consultant to Senior Manager in just two years. In 2020, they joined Sourceful as Vice President of Development and was later promoted to VP Product Development and Chief of Staff. In this role, they were responsible for empowering businesses to build a better, more sustainable future.

Oscar Vallance attended Dulwich College, London from 2003 to 2010. Oscar then went on to the University of Oxford, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Geography from 2010 to 2013, followed by a Master of Science (MSc) in Area Studies, Indian Economics and Sociology from 2013 to 2014.
