Richard Allen

Richard Allen has held a variety of roles since 2013. Richard began their career at Concord Filing Products as an IT Assistant, where they improved the company's database and analysed data. In 2013, they were appointed Junior Common Room Treasurer at Lady Margaret Hall, where they were responsible for the budget of 450 undergraduates and assisted the president in major decisions. In 2014, they took on an Engineering Intern role at Lenovo, where they analysed and evaluated each step of their manufacturing processes, completed an energy and cost savings analysis for the factory, and taught English lessons to the employees. From 2015 to 2021, Richard held various roles at The Hut Group, including Data Science Consultant, Regional Manager Australia, Customer Science Manager, Commercial Analyst, Data Scientist, and Graduate Web Analyst. Currently, they are Commercial Lead at Sourceful.

Richard Allen attended St. Edwards School, Cheltenham from 2006 to 2011 and obtained a High School degree. Richard then went on to pursue a Master's Degree at Oxford University, graduating in 2015 with a Master of Engineering in Engineering Science.
