Carly Jones

Carly Jones is the VP, Talent & People at Sourcegraph. Carly has over 10 years of experience in talent management and recruiting. Prior to joining Sourcegraph, Carly was the VP, Talent at SalesLoft where they helped sales organizations deliver a better sales experience for their customers. Carly has also held positions at Xactly Corp and Aronson LLC, where they were a senior recruiter and team lead. Carly has a proven track record of success in their field and is passionate about helping others reach their full potential.

Carly Jones completed a BA in Psychology at Middlebury College. Carly then studied at the Institut d'Études Françaises d'Avignon before completing their degree at Bryn Mawr College. Carly also attended Colorado Academy and Graland Country Day School.
