Diego Comas

Diego Comas serves as the Head of Security at Sourcegraph since August 2021, where strategic security initiatives for a global company are led, reporting directly to the CEO. Alongside this role, Diego has been a member and investor at Cyber Club London since December 2021, engaging with cybersecurity leaders and exploring investment opportunities in early-stage ventures. Prior experience includes serving as Director at Solid Helm from October 2020 to January 2023, and as a Senior Security Engineer at MessageBird from November 2020 to August 2021, where responsibilities encompassed vulnerability management and technical security measures. Previously, Diego was the Head of Security Engineering at Thought Machine from November 2015 to October 2020, overseeing security teams and cloud infrastructure management. Diego's career began with roles as a Systems Administrator at Paperhat Group and as a Commercial Manager at Aqua Ray Barcelona, following an early position as an Apple Solutions Consultant at Apple Computer. Educational credentials include a degree in Informatics from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, with additional studies at IES Mediterranea and Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
