Karina O'Friel is a seasoned professional in customer success and account management, currently serving as the Regional Director of Customer Success for the East and EMEA at Sourcegraph since June 2025. Prior to this, Karina held multiple roles at Stack Overflow from March 2020 to June 2025, progressing from Account Manager to Senior Manager of the Strategic Customer Success EMEA & US East Team.
