Michael Lin is a Software Engineer with extensive experience in cloud technologies and multi-tenant infrastructures. Currently serving as the Sourcegraph Cloud Tech Lead at Sourcegraph since January 2022, Michael is responsible for overseeing the cloud offering. Previously, at IBM from May 2017 to January 2022, Michael contributed to the development of highly available infrastructures utilizing Kubernetes and improved service reliability through the implementation of service mesh. Earlier internships at JOYY Inc. and IBM involved refactoring codebases and developing microservices to enhance educational platforms for data science learners. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Alberta, completed in 2020.
