Michael Blank

Michael Blank's work experience includes a variety of roles in finance and operations. Michael currently serves as the VP of Operations and Finance at SourceKnowledge, a merged company. Prior to this, they worked as a Ski Instructor at École sur Neige Mont Tremblant on a part-time, seasonal basis. Michael also served as the Interim CFO and Member of the Board of Directors at PyroGenesis Canada Inc. From 2016 to 2019, Michael worked as the VP of Finance at Newtrax Technologies Inc., and from 2009 to 2016, they were the Chief Financial Officer at Sonomax Technologies Inc./eers Global Technologies Inc. Before that, they held the position of VP of Finance at MonoGen, Inc., CFO at SGDL International, and CFO at Pacific Lottery Corporation. Michael's earlier experiences include serving as a Senior Manager in Tax/Legal at KPMG Russia and as a Senior Manager in Tax at Lippman Leebosh April.

Michael Blank attended McGill University from 1980 to 1983, where they obtained a Diploma in Public Accounting with a specialization in Accounting. Prior to that, from 1976 to 1980, they attended Queen's University, although the degree name and field of study were not provided. In terms of additional certifications, Michael obtained their CPA, CA certification from the Ordre des Comptables Professionnels Agréés du Québec in June 1984. Michael also obtained a Level 2 certification from the Canadian Ski Instructors' Alliance/Alliance des moniteurs de ski du Canada in December 1979.
