Brittany Sklar

Brittany Sklar is an experienced professional in talent strategy and recruitment, currently serving as Associate Director at SourceLab Search since January 2022, following their roles as Manager and Senior Recruiting Strategist within the same organization, formerly known as TBG Digital. Prior to this, Brittany worked at The Bachrach Group from July 2020 to January 2022 in various capacities, specializing in the recruitment for Digital Media and Marketing. Brittany's earlier experience includes a role as Student Life Coordinator at Hillel International and as a Recruiter/Researcher at The Bachrach Group, focusing on aligning talent with digital media positions. Additional internships, such as at Taste Beauty, provided exposure to market analysis and social media management. Brittany holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Penn State University and has studied Liberal Arts abroad through CEA CAPA Education Abroad.
