Prior to these roles, Malini worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at The Principal Consulting, focusing on SAP candidates, and as AM Learning & Development at Accenture, where responsibilities included managing training programs and mentoring initiatives. Malini holds a Master of Business Administration in Management from the University of Madras.
