Joseph Markey is a seasoned recruiting professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and team building. As the Founder of SourceMultiplier since January 2022, Joseph has developed Sourcing-as-a-Service to enhance recruiting efforts for clients by combining advanced technology with human expertise. Prior to this venture, Joseph served as a Partner at UpStart Talent, where the focus was on assisting high-growth companies in hiring top-tier talent. Joseph's background also includes significant roles at Lookout, where scalable recruiting programs were implemented, and at Google, where the recruitment of top talent was a primary responsibility. Earlier experiences include positions at Symphony Services and Apex Systems, demonstrating a strong foundation in technical staffing solutions. Joseph holds a BA in Management from Menlo College.
