Chuck Canton is a customer-obsessed Senior Executive with over a decade of experience at hyper-growth technology companies, primarily in the cloud services space.
His former roles include Global Vice President of Customer Success and Operations at Vonage (NYSE: VG) and President of Services and Operations at Compass, a rapidly growing tech-enabled real estate company currently valued at $6.4 billion. Prior to this Chuck started his career at iCore Networks, where he met Sourcepass co-founder Bruce Simms. Chuck and Bruce’s complementary leadership styles helped to enable rapid growth and the best customer experience offered in the industry. These efforts led to a successful sale to Vonage in 2015 for $92 MM. Chuck has a track record for building customer loyalty and sales growth, which were instrumental in helping Compass ($6.4 BN) and Vonage ($3.3 BN) achieve multi-billion dollar valuations. Over the past decade Chuck has driven $6.5 BN in enterprise value, successfully completed 20 acquisitions, and has produced a 5X average return on equity to company shareholders. Chuck attributes his past successes to two key areas of focus: building healthy and collaborative company cultures and always listening to his customers. His goal for Sourcepass is to make technology services easier and more affordable for small to mid-sized businesses (SMB) across the world.
