Daman Wood

Daman Wood is an experienced executive currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Sourcepass since March 2023 and as the Owner of Wood Technical Consulting since December 2019. Previously, Daman held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Trax Group from January 2021 to March 2023 and at MDSL from June 2017 to January 2020. Additional leadership roles include Director on the Board of Directors for the Arizona Technology Council from January 2018 to December 2019 and Vice President of Service Delivery at Vonage Business from December 2014 to June 2017. Daman has also served as Vice President of Operations at Telesphere and held various senior sales and operational roles at companies such as Western WiMAX LLC and UNSi. Daman's educational background includes a Systems Engineering degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
