Daniel Kirkley

Daniel Kirkley has extensive experience in IT support and system administration, currently serving as an Escalations Engineer at Sourcepass since April 2021, where responsibilities include remote troubleshooting and root cause analysis of hardware and software issues for over 400 clients, alongside managing Windows Server environments. Prior to this role, Daniel worked as a System Administrator at The Legacy Companies, contributing to significant revenue increases through optimized distribution processes and implementing SD-WAN network architecture. Daniel also held a position as a Senior Desktop Support Analyst at Beacon Hill Staffing Group. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from New Mexico State University, completed in 2013.
