Emily Owen

Emily Owen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client success and customer relationship management. Currently serving as a Sr. Client Success Manager at Sourcepass since May 2023, Emily previously held the position of Sr. Customer Success Manager at Proxios from March 2015 to May 2023, where responsibilities included managing client portfolios and advocating for client needs. Earlier roles include serving as a Product Enthusiast & Cultural Improvement Advocate at GiveMore.com and a Technical Recruiter at UDig, with foundational experience as a Marketing Intern and Teacher. Emily holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management – Human Resource Management, both from Virginia Tech.
