Kevin Holmes currently serves as Service Team Lead at Sourcepass, Inc., overseeing a team of tier 1 and 2 technicians in daily operations and providing technical assistance. Previously, Kevin held the positions of Technical Team Lead and Help Desk Engineer at Network Solutions and Technology, where responsibilities included supporting over 400 companies with technical issues and troubleshooting multiple network environments. Additionally, Kevin worked as a Technician at Managed Technology, delivering tier 1 and 2 support for PC and server-related issues. Kevin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer and Information Sciences from St. Joseph's University New York and several certifications, including MCSA Server 2012 and Security+.
