Khalil H. has extensive experience in IT management and support, demonstrated through a progressive career at notable organizations. At Chapman University, Khalil provided desktop support for over 300 users and transitioned into server infrastructure work, eventually creating the first official Knowledge Base. Following this, Khalil served as IT Manager at Under Armour, leading a cross-functional team and overseeing significant network upgrades. At Sourcepass, Khalil acted as the IT manager for Babcock Laboratories, leading a server infrastructure overhaul and enhancing security protocols. Additional roles include team leadership positions at Glidewell Dental and Econolite, where Khalil managed support for hundreds of users and played a key role in incident remediation and team training. Khalil holds a BA in Video Game Design from Savannah College of Art and Design.
