Victor Varga

Victor Varga serves as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Sourcepass since September 2022, overseeing all legal matters and being a key member of the executive leadership team. Prior to this role, Victor held the position of Vice President, Legal at Vonage from September 2015 to August 2022, where responsibilities included managing global legal operations for revenue generation activities. Additionally, Victor was General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at iCore Networks, and served as Legal Counsel at DDC Public Affairs, handling various legal agreements and compliance issues. Earlier in the career, Victor worked at the Law Offices of Thomas C. Hayden, Jr., P.A., providing legal consultation and support to corporate and small to medium-sized business clients. Victor Varga holds a Doctor of Law (JD) cum laude from UDC/David A. Clarke School of Law and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and Government from York University.
