Matt McCarthy is an experienced executive in client experience and account management, currently serving as Chief Client Officer at Sourcepass since January 2023. Responsibilities include overseeing end-to-end client experience, driving new client sales growth, and managing strategic partnerships. Prior to this role, McCarthy held senior positions at Nextiva, where the focus was on account management and customer relations, and at Vonage, where leadership included global customer success and revenue retention strategies.
