Lisa Pierce

Lisa (Olshefski) Pierce, MBA, is currently the HR Generalist at Sourceree and an Adjunct Instructor at Saint Francis University, where they teach graduate and undergraduate programs in business and human resource management. With extensive experience in HR consulting, Lisa has supported various projects focusing on training, recruiting, and job analysis. Previously, they served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown and held positions in customer support and marketing. In addition to their professional endeavors, Lisa is an accomplished musician, performing as a violinist with the Johnstown Symphony Orchestra and coaching a string ensemble for the Johnstown Symphony Youth Orchestra.
