Randall Reeves is an experienced solo sailor and business professional with a diverse background in client relations and hospitality. Since January 2014, Randall has been undertaking a solo sailing project known as The Figure 8 Voyage, aiming to complete a journey around Antarctica and the Americas. Prior to this, Randall served as Chief Customer Satisfaction Officer and Advisor at Sourcery Technologies, Inc., starting in June 2013. From 2010 to 2012, Randall successfully completed a two-year cruise of the Pacific Ocean aboard a 31-foot boat, MURRE, which included three month-long solo ocean crossings. Randall's earlier roles included Sr. Director of Client Relations and Director of Restaurant Marketing at OpenTable, where significant contributions were made to client relationship management and marketing strategies during the company's formative years. Additionally, Randall held general management positions at Millennium Restaurant and Abigail Hotel, and managed Greens Restaurant at the San Francisco Zen Center. Randall holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Loma Linda University, earned between 1980 and 1984.
