Brittney Cotner

Brittney Cotner is a Procurement Analyst at Sourcewell, where they continue to develop their expertise in procurement processes. Previously, they served as a City Planner and Planning and Zoning Administrator for the City of Nisswa, Minnesota. Brittney also interned at both the City of Madison Lake and the City of Eagle Lake, contributing to city code revisions and community development initiatives. They hold a Bachelor's degree in City/Urban, Community, and Regional Planning from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and are pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Leadership at St. Cloud State University.
