Chad Coauette

Chad Coauette has been working in the field of education for over 20 years. Chad began their career as a director of workforce development at Northland Community and Technical College. Chad then became the dean of customized training and health divisions at Alexandria Technical and Community College. In 2013, they became the executive director and CEO of Sourcewell. In this role, they oversee the organization's operations and works to ensure that its programs are meeting the needs of its students.

Chad Coauette has a PhD in Educational Leadership from the University of North Dakota.
