Chris Schultz, MBA, has extensive experience in software engineering and information technology management. Beginning at Dig-Key Corporation, Chris automated purchase order processes and later led a team in web development, managing database operations and overseeing application development. As a Software Architect, Chris managed software application design and execution, ensuring alignment with project goals. Transitioning to RBA, Inc., Chris directed project management and IT teams, focusing on hiring and resource alignment. Currently serving as Chief Information Officer at Sourcewell, Chris continues to leverage expertise in technology strategy and team leadership, supported by a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Dakota and a BS in Computer Information Systems from Bemidji State University.
