Jennifer Backowski (Rausch) is an experienced marketing professional with nearly 20 years in the field, showcasing a diverse skill set in leadership, strategy, communications, and design. They began their career as a Marketing Intern at Lakes & Prairies Community Action Partnership and later held various positions at Atomic Learning and Sourcewell, including Creative Director and Manager of Creative Marketing. Jennifer has consistently driven brand visibility and innovation through strategic marketing initiatives and creative project execution. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications from Minnesota State University, Moorhead, where they graduated summa cum laude.
