Kary Graser

Kary Graser currently serves as the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at Sourcewell since January 2025. Prior to this role, Kary was the Director of Market Strategy and Alliances at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield from December 2021 to January 2025. Kary's extensive experience includes positions such as Vice President of Agent Distribution and Director of Account Management at UnitedHealth Group, where strategic relationship management was a key focus. Kary also worked as the Director of Account Management at Coventry Health Care, specializing in product and business development for large group implementations, and began a career as a Senior Project Manager at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Delaware. Kary holds an M.B.A. with a concentration in Marketing from Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at the University of Delaware (2016) and a BA in Biology from the University of Delaware (1995).
